About MyPhenome® Test

The MyPhenome® Test is the first and only genetic test designed to guide precision obesity medicine therapeutic approaches, including lifestyle, medications, and procedures.

By analyzing traits that influence appetite and energy balance, MyPhenome® Test detects the presence or absence of three distinct obesity phenotypes  — enabling clinicians to select the most effective therapy from the start based on peer-reviewed clinical studies.

Process for prescribers

MyPhenome® is a prescription only test. Healthcare Providers and Prescribers can order MyPhenome® by following the instructions below.

Step 01

Complete account initiation form

Once you complete the account initiation form, you will be redirected to schedule a 30-minute onboarding. Once onboarding has been booked, your account will be setup within 1 business day, and you will receive an email with instructions for logging in.
For prescribers looking to order MyPhenome:

Step 02

Attend onboarding

During the onboarding call, we will walk you through how to place a kit order, how to place lab orders, and how to access/review results within your MyPhenome portal. As well as how to best implement MyPhenome into your practice.

Step 03

Provide MyPhenome to patients

Results will be delivered in the MyPhenome portal. You will be informed via email when a new result is available. You can access your MyPhenome portal anytime here.
