Account setup
Once you complete the account initiation form, you will be redirected to schedule a 30-minute onboarding.

Onboarding
During the onboarding call, we will walk you through how to place a kit order, how to place lab orders, and how to access/review results within your MyPhenome portal.

Testing
Results will be delivered in the MyPhenome portal. You will be informed via email when a new result is available. You can access your MyPhenome portal anytime here.
